BoardReady is an educational platform offering structured medical notes to students and clinicians in the Philippines and abroad.

2. Information we collect

Account details: email address and authentication metadata.
Checkout details you submit: full name, address, contact number, medical school, and discount code (if any).
Payment proof you send us outside the platform (e.g. GCash receipts posted to our Facebook group).
Optional feedback you submit through our contact forms.
Basic technical information (browser type, IP-derived region) needed to operate the service.

3. How we use your information

To verify payment and grant or revoke access to notes.
To communicate about your account, purchases, and support requests.
To watermark content shown to you with your account identifier so misuse can be traced.
To improve our content and platform.

4. Payment data

We do not process card payments. Payments are made via GCash directly to our account; we only see the metadata you send with proof of payment.

5. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share limited data only with service providers strictly necessary to operate the platform (hosting, database, authentication).

6. Retention

We retain account and payment records for as long as your account exists and as required by law. You may request deletion by contacting us.

7. Your rights

We use industry-standard measures including encrypted transport, access controls, and per-user watermarking. No system is perfectly secure; please protect your account credentials.
