By creating an account or accessing any content on BoardReady, you agree to these Terms.

BoardReady offers educational medical notes in HTML format. All content is for study purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Access is granted after payment is verified by our team. Payments are processed manually via GCash. Prices are in Philippine Pesos.

All notes, layouts, and materials are the property of BoardReady and its contributors. You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to view content while your access is active. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, screenshot for public sharing, post, or use our content for any commercial or training purpose.

Every note you view is watermarked with your account. Sharing, forwarding, or leaking access is a violation of these Terms and is traceable. Violations may result in immediate suspension without refund and potential legal action.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login. You may not share your account with anyone.

Because access is granted immediately upon activation, all sales are final unless required by law. Contact us if you believe there is an issue.

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or misuse of the platform.

Content is provided "as is" for education. BoardReady is not liable for clinical decisions made based on our notes.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
